DELIVERY

The products are delivered with signature by the Colissimo service of La Poste to the address indicated when ordering. The delivery costs and times are specified when validating the order and vary according to the destination.

Delivery times:

Metropolitan France: [2-3] working days.
Europe: [4-8] working days.
International: [6-15] working days.
Lesable.co cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

RETURNS

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to talktome@lesable.co specifying his intention to withdraw. Any product return requires the prior agreement of Lesable.co. Unworn products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, to the following address: 55, rue du Château d’Eau – 75010 Paris.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products in perfect condition.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
